They remember!!

Last week was my first visit after presentation.
Of course kids don't remember about that, and I didn't expect that ( Andrew asked to kids " DO you know where we are from?" a kid said " Mexico!),  but teenager was different.
While I was cutting some paper, a teenage girl came to me and she said " Do you remember me?" 
I didn't know what she said, so I said "What do you mean?" , and she said " I heard your presentation last week. I remember you." " Ahh!!Right right. Of course I remember you. Do you remember about my presentation?"  
Yes. She did. She knew some words (not clearly), and important thing is now she know about Korea. I was really proud of my self. Thank you girl. You made me happy.

Presentaion about Korea

Last week Thursday, we presentation about our country to children. Andrew and I prepared some introduce things and snacks.  We tried to teach some Korean words,but it wasn't easy. Because pronunciation is really different between English and Korean. I'm not sure they can remember Korean or not, but I'm sure now they know what Korea is. I'm proud of I let them knew about my country even I almost knocked out when I came back home.  

AWESOME!!

Before went there, I was so nervous because I worried about communication. I was afraid for talked to children. Can I understand what they say? It was unnecessary anxiety. I really enjoyed yesterday. Children were very friendly and cute. I played dodge ball with children. It was so fun!! I like them but I'm not sure, can I help them? I think they help me. They help my English. I want to help them. How?

Meeting children

We met children on Tuesday. Before I went there, I had been nervous only a little. I was exciting. But after met them... I met a lot of children. Wow. All my sense were on the strain. I was for sure that I can do this well. Now I'm not sure about this. Can I will be a good helper?
I just hope children like me. Because usually children don't like me even I didn't do anything. I don't know why. I really want to know why. I'll do my best. I will.    

First.

The new session started yesterday. And new class start today. It is service learning. this class might play with children and help them. Actually I'm little nervous because I love baby but I'm not sure about children. But I'm pretty exciting too. I want to meet them, and I want to know what they think. Children's thinking is really interesting. They see different way to the world.
And also I let them know about my country. I expect about culture presentation. Many people don't know where Korea is. I want to introduce my country for young other country generation. Then they never forget what Korea is. It will start next Tuesday.
